Hello boys and girls!(moms and dads)
Hope you all had a nice Easter and lots of chocolate was had! While of course, being nice and safe :) I had to make chocolate biscuit cake to use all the eggs up!!
So, on the blog every week there will be a few challenges/ tasks, it is up to you if you want to do them or not, or if you want to try with your family. Pick an activity, challenge, life skill and exercise per day! But on the nice days, be outside as much as you can (I know I love being outside at the moment).

Tuesday: Offer to help set the table for a meal
Wednesday:Offer to help cook clean up after a meal
Thursday: Practise tying your shoelace
Friday: Learn how to make your bed properly
Exercise
Monday: Go for a walk outside, try to jog or run for 20seconds every now and then
Tuesday:Do a Joe Wicks PE Lesson- the body coach Search: Joe Wicks PE on YouTube
Wednesday: Gonoodle!! on youtube! your choice....

Friday:Make up a dance or gymnastics routine to a song you like. Include: balances, rolls stretches and dance moves
