He creates Street Art in the form of huge murals.
The main material he uses is junk. Artur wants to increase our awareness of the amount of waste produced because it is a very serious problem for the planet.
He has created murals in approximately 24 countries around the world (as of 2020), including Ireland.
Artur created a Squirrel on the gable end of a building along Tara Street, Dublin, in Spring 2017.
A squirrel was chosen to highlight the plight of the red squirrel in Ireland.
Artur went to different areas in Dublin to collect the trash he needed for the Squirrel.
A ten minute film of Bordalo and the team creating the Squirrel in Dublin was made with funding from Bord Scannán na hÉireann.
You can see it on You Tube: Bordalo 11: A Life of Waste/Short Film/2017 Real Shots.
