The Parent's Association met on the 9th May. The report from that meeting is now available HERE.
Ms. Egan's Senior Infants were extremely excited last Friday for the big release of their butterflies. They have been learning all about the life cycle of the butterfly. They have been carefully watching how the larvae changes into a pupa and ultimately emerge from their cocoon into beautiful butterflies. You can see more photos of the big release HERE.
Once you receive a Yellow Flag, you need to keep up the great work, continuing to promote inclusion in the school, in order to keep it. Thanks to all the hard work of all our staff and children, we were able to take the trip up to Liberty Hall in Dublin on the 26th April where we attended a ceremony to renew our Yellow Flag status. We had a great day and we even got to meet Bressie.. and yes he is that tall!
