Active School Flag
Our school is striving to achieve a physically educated and physically active school.

With help from our teachers, students, parents and wider community we hope that in 2021 our school will be recognised as an official ‘Active School’again. To learn more about the Active School Flag Initiative, visit their website http://activeschoolflag.ie/

Our Goals

• Energise the school day: Throughout the year pupils will take part in School Discos, Run Around Ireland and Active Breaks Challenge

• Revitalise the playground: The committee will introduce new equipment and music to the yard to encourage everyone to get moving

• Introduce variety:  Provide pupils with a chance to experience as many different activities as possible
