I hope you all had a lovely weekend and that you all got out and got some fresh air.
It's Active Home Week this week so it's time to get up and moving.
The aim is to do 4 movement activities ☑️☑️☑️☑️ a day for up to 60 minutes!
It is about having Fun and Challenging yourself with NEW activities to do! This is your challenge this week.
This week is about getting up and moving as much as possible. If you go for a walk everyday, that’s great, one activity ☑️ If you play outside with a ball ☑️ then pick 2 NEW activities (your choice to have fun with) ☑️ ☑️ and your days challenge is complete! (Take a picture, send it to the email and we can show how amazing you are doing on the website)
Pick two new activities a day!
Print the Challenge Chart or make your own, to keep track of all the activities you do during the week.
