Good Morning Rang a Cúig,
I hope you're all well this morning. How are you getting on with this week's wellbeing activities? Are you taking care of yourselves and doing all those things that help to make you feel good and strong in your minds and bodies? Did you have any Rainbow Moments yesterday? I had some Rainbow Moments yesterday and I thought I would share them with you.

These are my three Rainbow Moments from yesterday. In my first Rainbow Moment, Lola came out of hiding and wanted to help me with my work. She was figuring out how she would pick up my purple pen so she could help me with your copies. My second moment was one I've been working towards for a long time. I ran 5km without stopping for the first time. I started running in March using the Couch to 5K app, Aaron told me he was also doing programme with his mum, I finally finished the programme and ran 5km yesterday. I wasn't very fast but that didn't matter I was really happy with myself, it was a BIG Rainbow Moment for me. (I know the picture says 6km but I walked the first and last half kilometres to warm up and cool down). And the last Rainbow Moment of my day was when Indie and Pip shared the same space again, they are getting really good at that and the best part was Indie didn't bite Pip's head off!
Sam sent me pictures of some of his Rainbow Moments too, he shared some really special Rainbow Moments with us. Click on the pictures to see them properly.

It was lovely to see them, thank you for sharing them with us Sam, they are some very treasured moments.
Lauren told me about some of her Rainbow Moments yesterday, she finished a present for her friend Áine, she played pictionary with her friends on Zoom and she saw someone catch a fish for the first time - what lovely Rainbow Moments Lauren.
Yosr also sent me a post illustrating some of her Rainbow Moments.

We also have some Wellbeing Acrostic poems from Lauren, Yosr and Sam.
My wellbeing acrostic poem.
By Yosr Hamza
We all love to feel great about our accomplishments.
Everyday, we should try and make it happen.
Life is not happy, without a sense of pride,
Let’s think about how well our actions make us feel,
Boring, is life without this sense,
Everything counts when you feel happy,
In your mind, it’s getting less frustrated,
Nothing can beat, wellbeing.
Great, just great. Wellbeing.
My Well- Being Acrostic Poem by Sam
Warm and safe
Even through tough times
Laughing and
Love
Being together for fun times
Everyone is sharing.
In every single way
Never stop
Giving,try help in every way
Wellbeing Acrostic Poem by Lauren
Wellbeing is very important.
Everyone should take care of their wellbeing.
Like an example of something to do is go on a daily walk.
Line up a schedule for yourself.
Bake a cake that’s fun.
Even call a friend for twenty minutes.
I enjoy painting. How about you?
Never think you are not good enough.
Grab a pen and paper and write down your feelings.
I hope you all managed to find some Rainbow Moments Rang a Cúig. It is important to have these special moments to think about when we are feeling sad or worried. Thinking about these moments can remind us that things will get better and we will feel good and strong again. Did any of you make Rainbow Moments for anyone else in your family? I'm sure that made them feel really special, I bet it made you feel really good too knowing how happy you had made someone feel.
Don't forget to send in your Together Apart Art Project pieces too. I saw Kacey sent in a lovely one yesterday and perhaps more of you have sent them in since then. They will make a lovely Whole School Art display when they are all put together and it will be great to see our work on display and show our community that we are still together even when we are apart.
I hope you are having fun with the paper plane activities. How far did your planes fly yesterday? I wonder what will happen when you use different types of paper and card today? Which materials do you think will help the plane to fly furthest?
Have a lovely day today Rang a Cúig,
Take Care and Stay Safe,
Ms Cheevers
P.S. Here are the answers for yesterday's Dingbats.
