Hey Rang a Cúig, it's me, Indie. Sshhh, don't tell her, I've taken over the Class Blog today.
How are you guys all doing? I've heard so much about you all. I was really excited to come and meet you in June and I'm so disappointed now that I won't get to see you, but hopefully when school goes back after the summer I can pay a visit. I hope you're all keeping well.
I heard it's John's birthday today so Happy Birthday John, I hope you have a great day.

Guess what you guys....? We finally got to go to the beach yesterday. I didn't want to go at first because I thought we were just going on another boring walk, I've been on sooooo many walks lately my little legs are tired. But....We ended up going to the beach and when I realised where we were going, when I could smell the beach, I got so excited I walked as fast as I could. This is me on the way saying, "Hurry up, stop taking photos and let's get to the beach." The beach is nearly 3km from our house so we haven't been able to go until this week and it's my ABSOLUTE favourite place to go. We eventually got there and I had the best fun, running, chasing stones, digging in the stones, paddling in the sea. It was GREAT!!! Here's a video of us at the beach that we recorded especially for you. I got a bit distracted by all the stones so I wasn't able to focus too well on the camera but I hope you like it.
I was really tired by the time I was finished playing and running and digging and chasing and paddling so I wanted to drive home and I got really stubborn and couldn't understand why we couldn't just go home in one of the cars from the car park. I refused to leave the car park for a few minutes! I forgot we had walked all the way from our house and we had to walk all the way home again. At least it was a lovely sunny day. I was soooo tired when I got home that I had to have a nap. I don't know why Pip is napping too, she didn't have to go on a really big walk and then play on the beach. It seems that's all cats do all day, every day, they just nap and sleep and nap and sleep, that's what my cats do anyway. Ruben sometimes goes out to explore but I don't know where he goes because I'm not allowed to follow him.
I know you get some tasks and challenges every so often so I'm going to set them for you today:
Puppy Power Challenge: I took over the Blog today, what job could you take over? Maybe you could make the lunch, or clean up after a meal. Maybe if you have a pet you could look after them today. Or you could gather up the laundry or tidy your room. There are lots of things you could take over that would also help other people in your family. Just remember, it's a nice Take Over that helps someone out.
My Favourite Place: I told you my favourite place is the beach, I told you what I like to do there and I showed you a picture of what it looks like. Could you write to me about your favourite place and maybe draw me a picture of it?
INDIE (An Acrostic Poem): How about writing an acrostic poem using the letters in my name? Remember in an acrostic poem, each line starts with the first letter of the word.
Maths Challenge: Here's a maths challenge about walking dogs:
