I hope you are all keeping well. We should have had a very busy week this week preparing for our Confirmation and I know that many of you are disappointed that it won't go ahead on Thursday. But it will happen in the future, when the schools open again and we can go to mass, and I look forward to celebrating with you when the time comes. In this weeks work I have included some Confirmation worksheets so we can remember some of the things we have learned on our Confirmation journey so far.
June is fast approaching and it is time to think about celebrating your graduation from primary school! Unfortunately, we will not all be able to meet together over the next few months, but we can start thinking of fun ways we can mark the occasion. We are going to put together a Graduation Book for each pupil, so have a think this week about your years in Newtownmountkennedy P.S. Maybe you have some funny stories or fond memories you would like to share with your classmates. You might have pictures at home of you and your friends during your primary school years. If you have any ideas of different ways we could celebrate your graduation, I would love to hear them. E-mail me at [email protected] with your ideas, memories, photos and stories. I know this will be an unusual graduation, but we can still have lots of fun remembering your 8 years in Newtownmountkennedy P.S. and share our excitement for all the adventures to come.
