Monday 4th April... Bank Holiday!!! :-)

Monday challenges-
Good morning everyone! We hope you’re enjoying your bank holiday weekend and that you can all get out and enjoy the beautiful sunshine today. There are no home learning work assigned for today but here are some challenges we thought you might like. Have fun- and don’t forget to be kind!

1. Go for a Nature Walk- see if you can find signs of summer- such as buds, flowers, bees, birds, butterflies, blossoms etc. Ms. Leahy’s friend ‘Angel’ went for her own Nature Walk, look at the photos below to see what she found! 😊 (Make sure to let us know/ send photos to show us what you find on your adventures.)

3. Daily life skill: pick up any clothes or toys from the floor of your room and put them away where they belong.
4. Fun challenge: see if you can clap out the syllables for each of these jungle animals- elephant (3), tiger (2), ape (1), giraffe (2), hippopotamus (5), crocodile (3), snake (1), monkey (2), zebra (2).
5. Two exercise challenges today: 1. Pick your favourite ‘active home week’ activity from last week and do it again. 2. Have fun dancing to a Junior Infant class favourite from school: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=388Q44ReOWE.
