Dear Junior Infants,
Happy New Year!
I hope you are all doing well and had a lovely Christmas. I can’t wait to hear all about it and about what Santa brought you!
I know it is a strange time not being able to go back to school. I also know that you are all missing your friends but I hope you are doing your best to stay home and stay safe.
I just wanted to check in with you and let you know that I am thinking about you and hoping that you remember to try follow our ‘Beehive rules’ even at home, remember to ‘bee kind’, ‘bee helpful’ and ‘bee the best you can bee’ at home!
I can’t wait to see you all on our Google classroom Meet ups each day and see you're lovely smiles! Hopefully we can do some show and tell or share our news on there. I will be putting your work on Google classroom each day for you to try and do at home, I will also go through this on the our google classroom meet up. If you are finding it hard, let someone know. They can contact me and I will try my very best to help you.
Also, if you are very proud of some of your work or any art work you do at home or if you get out for a fun walk, send me some pictures and I can update our class blog with what we are all doing while we stay safe at home!

We don’t know yet when we will be back to school but Sammy the Sloth and I can’t wait to see you all again. In the meantime, let’s all do our bit to stay safe and healthy – Wash your hands, stay at home!
