ALDI SCHOOL PLAYING FIELDS:
We are registered for this Competition so would be grateful for Stickers etc. currently available in ALDI Stores. We have one chart full and have started to complete a second one SPRINGTIME DRAW: Congratulations to the winners in Draws 1, 2, 3 & 4. Over 260 tickets in the Draw with sincere thanks to the local community for support WALK ON WEDNESDAY: Children will walk to school on Wednesdays starting on Wednesday March 6th. Caution needed re Traffic etc on roads leading to school CLOTHES COLLECTION : Another Clothing Collection coming up with bags4school. Bags available in school office. Collection will take place on Wednesday April 3rd. SEACHTAIN NA GAEILGE: Dráma Ghaeilge le Rang a IV agus daltaí ó CCA Thursday March 14th. Congratulations to Teachers and Pupils on Labhraidh Loingsigh, a play adapted by Seán Ó Súilleabháin. St. Catherine’s School will join us this week for a Ceolchoirm as well as children from our school visitng St. Catherine’s for Irish Dancing and Music. FIRST CONFESSION : Best Wishes to SECOND CLASS as they receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation on FRIDAY MARCH 15th in St. Joseph’s Church. Many Thanks to Mr. O’Brien, Ms. Meldon and Mrs. Geoghegan.
